When you use our application to intercept system or microphone audio:

  • Raw audio streams are immediately converted to text in real-time.
  • The audio buffers are deleted in transit immediately after transcription.
  • No audio files are ever written to or stored on CrackTheLoop servers.

3. Information We Do Collect

To provide our pay-as-you-go service and dashboard history, we collect the following limited information:

  • Account Information: Your email address and basic profile details used during registration.
  • Payment Data: Handled securely by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Session History: Transcribed text, generated notes, and answers are saved to your private local dashboard so you can review your practice sessions. You have full control to permanently delete these records from your dashboard at any time.

4. Third-Party AI Services

To provide state-of-the-art NLP parsing, coding solutions, and speech recognition, we utilize enterprise APIs from trusted providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and AssemblyAI. When we transmit text or audio streams to these providers for processing, we do so under strict data privacy agreements that prevent these third-party companies from using your private conversational data to train their models.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies solely to maintain the security of our Services, keep you logged into your account, and monitor basic site performance to prevent crashes. We do not sell your data to advertising networks.
